Message from Dan Chamness

I am taking next week off for two reasons. First, it is Thanksgiving week. Secondly, there is a slight down time right now and it is an ideal time for me to look for more sponsors.

To let people know, this column is entirely supported by the businesses in the various communities. As everyone can see, we have a total of 10 businesses on the list at the present time. We also have one silent sponsor. I do this column for several papers as an independent contractor. The paper wanted this service and an agreement was struck.

I will be back on Nov. 27 with further decisions on the column. I hope in the next two weeks to get more sponsors and get names of winter athletes. If anyone wants to drop me an e-mail about either one, please send it to Dan62801@aol.com.
