Little Maxwell Drew celebrated her first major holiday July 4! Jessica Simpson, 31, and her fiance, Eric Johnson, 32, took their 9-week-old baby girl to see the fireworks on Independence Day. "Hope everyone had a great 4th," tweeted Simpson, who donned a $220 Wildfox Couture sweater.

Parenthood is everything the couple imagined it would be, a source recently told Us Weekly. "Eric loves holding Maxwell -- that is, when he can manage to get her away from Jessica."
A family pal added: "Everyone is marveling at what a natural Jessica is. She was born to be a mom."

With Maxwell Drew's recent arrival, Simpson and Johnson have temporarily put wedding plans on hold. "We flirted around with different dates before I found out I was pregnant," Simpson told Us earlier this year. "I'm so glad we didn't make a deposit!"

"I really want to enjoy that day, and now I get to have my baby with me," the "Fashion Star" mentor added. "I can't wait -- it's going to be so sweet."
