Currently, there is a case of a high end prostitution ring that is raising hairs as to legal procedure and criminal law.
Anna Gristaldi, a 44 year old housewife from Orange County NY (a rural area about 60 miles North of NYC) is accused of running a high end prostitution ring with contacts high up in police and government.
Her bail was rediculously set at $2mill Bond or $1 mill cash. Now it starts getting interesting. She is apparently indigent. The Court appointed an attorney. Another independent attorney Mr. Gleason stepped in and offered to defend her although he had no experience in criminal defense. Then, he offered his Manhattan Condo as collateral for Bail. Obviously this is unethical. Now, it gets more interesting and the pre trial hearing have yet to begin!!!!!
Her family then retains a farmer attorney from Chester, NY (Orange County black dirt farm district) by the name of Gary Greenwald. He is an old man who walks with a cane and show up in Court yesterday to take over the case.

To the point, I know Gary Greenwald having grown up in Orange County, having a legal relationship with Gary when he started out in practce and decades later conducting a routine insurance investigation on his firm for policy verification.
Keep a close eye on this guy. HE IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST CRIMINAL DEFENSE ATTORNEY THERE IS.
I urge folks to follow this case for several reasons because I believe you will see some of the best defensive tactics. I predict he will get this gal off!
